CA'N SORT is a young, certified organic winery on Mallorca, producing small-batch wines defined by mineral clarity, freshness and a deep respect for the land. Every step from January vine pruning to autumn harvest is carried out by hand. The estate maintains 20 beehives to support biodiversity and holds EU organic certification across its entire operation. The portfolio spans Blanc de Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, Giró Ros, Rosado and two Cuvée Selección vintages: each bottle numbered, each batch limited. Terroir-driven winemaking for those who value provenance.
